As watched game 6 of the Sabres/Flyers play-off series, I could not stop and wonder how the Flyers would have performed if they had Mr. Ovechkin on their team? Not a great fan of this kind of "make it to the play-offs and roll over die" type hockey displayed by the Flyers, but I know if Mr. Ovechkin was out on that ice he would have motivated the team to wake up and play or just might have showed them how to score goals and win. I hope Mr. Ovechkin is continuing to work on his game over the summer, but I also hope he will continue to work on his leadership abilities, so when his team makes it to the playoffs, he will bring forth his leadership and goal scoring abilities. Its going to be a long summer without Mr. Ovechkin...Frenchy Sends

Yes it is going to be a long summer without him...and I'm sure he'll be even better next season with his skills and abilities. Hopefully the Capitals will make it to the playoffs next season so we can watch him for as long as possible.  |

I am totally lost cuz i am not watching him play almost everynight. I am about to cry. (not really) it is sad! A whole summer without him

I agree with you but i would like to defend my second favorite team by saying that they had tons of nagging injuries and buffalo is one of the most underrated teas. they have a ton of speed and skill |

i saw all games of our national team
and i saw Sasha in Dinamo
