All that talk about benching Mr. Ovechkin. Do you think this is why he only got 1 assist? Is this what the Caps coaching staff wanted? I would hope that this does not have the continued effect on his play. His coaches should recognize his true talent for hockey and let him be the "Next Great One"...Frenchy Sends
PS. I will watch Monday's game against the Bruins and see if I can pick up any signs of holding back by the coaching staff. At this point (not making the playoffs) they should be testing Mr. Ovechkin's full potential...

| Thats a good point, Frenchy. Seing as they're not making the playoffs this season, it's the ideal time to just let him go and see what he can do and how far he can go with his talent. |

yeah i agree that they should just him play and see how much talent he really has because we know that he is great but we don't know if the coachs have been holding him back all season or not.

So....no goals in 6 games, or is it 7 now?? Alexander the Great is having a scoring drought!!  When will he reach his 50 goals? Any thoughts on this? |
