i see that Russia and USA are doing very well but I also heard that Ovechkin was ejected and suspended for one game because of a hit from behind. Anyone have video from the game?

Don't have Video but wish i did, they said he had a slight Concusion. It's crap, but USA is doing good. I pretty sure Clark is Captain of the U.S.

I like Bykov, he's a good coach.
Was Ovie in the 4th line? I cant remember that anymore. He was in the 3th/4th line, because of Kulemin and Nepryaev, i think. They have played together before. and everybody has to admit, that Ovie didn't play first games on his level. Confused

I was very sad that Russia lost to finland. Crying or Very sad

luckily Russia got the bronze...

I like Bikov too and he did very well in the eurotour....thats why I was very disapointed that he made Sasha play almost in defence ....it doesent really matter in which line he plays cause he is brilliant player and all the other boys from the russian national team are very good players too/each and every one of them!-I watch all RSL games and know what they are capable of /but to make a genious scorer like Ovie to be a defender Shocked

but Ovie once said that if the coach wants of him to play goalie -he will play goalie.... Laughing

thank god that at least he wasnt put in the net....but I'm sure that even there he was going to do everything to save his team....and he missed 2 games cause of that stupid punishment.....so he actually didnt have the chance to play much Sad

... but Bikov did some other strange decisions-like inviting Kovy to the team just few days before the first game...I really respect Kovy for coming and his comment was:"I play for my country not for the coach!"....thats my boys!I love them so much!And when they lost the semi-final I cried like a baby Crying or Very sad

I still get sad thinking of it.....to remember Ovie's face just after the goal and Malkin's sad eyes....I just cant take it....this breaks my heart....and I still remember how Jenya sacrificed himself for the team in the last 2 minutes of the final game.....he was so brave!my hero!!!!only in the last 2 games I think Kovy,Ovie and Malkin played in 1 line and I was so happy to see them all together! Wink
